The plan
One plan. One price. Everything in it.
No tiers designed to make you upgrade. No per-seat pricing. No per-vehicle pricing. No usage meter ticking away while you are trying to run a company. One number, and everything LimoPilot can do is behind it.
The average job on our own fleet is $2,298. If LimoPilot saves you a single booking a month that you would otherwise have answered too late, it has paid for itself roughly nine times over.

First-Booking Guarantee
If it doesn't book you a job in 30 days, that month is free.
We would rather refund a month than have you paying for something that is not earning. If LimoPilot has not booked you at least one job in your first thirty days live, you do not pay for that month. No forms, no argument.
Founding Vendor — 10 Texas slots
Setup waived, and your rate locked for life.
For the first ten Texas operators: we waive the $100 setup fee, and your $247 monthly rate is locked for as long as you stay a customer — regardless of what the price does later. In return we ask for honest feedback and, once it has earned it, a quote for this website.
Do the maths yourself
What is one missed lead a week actually costing you?
Move the sliders to match your own operation. This only counts leads that currently go unanswered until it is too late — the after-hours ones, and the ones that land while you are driving.
The default close rate here is deliberately conservative. Answering first does not win every job — it wins the ones you were never in the running for.
In context
What $247 a month is actually up against.
The honest comparison is not against other software. It is against the two things operators actually do instead: hire somebody, or absorb the loss.
| Approach | Roughly per month | Hours covered | Can it quote your prices? | Can it take a deposit? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Part-time office person, evenings and weekends | $2,000–$3,500 | Maybe 40 of 168 | Yes — once trained | Yes |
| Generic answering service | $300–$900 | 168 | No — takes a message | No |
| Website chatbot bundled with dispatch software | $300 floor | Website visitors only | Partially | No |
| Doing nothing and hoping | $0 | Whenever you're free | Yes | Yes |
| LimoPilot | $247 | All 168 | Yes — from your rate card | Yes |
Pricing questions
The money questions, answered straight.
No. It is month to month. Cancel whenever you like and you keep your data — customers, quotes, rate card and booking history all export.
We would rather earn the next month than trap you in the current one.
Done-for-you onboarding. We load your rate card, build your pricing rules, add your fleet and photos, connect your lead channels, and test the whole thing against your real past jobs before it says a word to a customer.
It costs you one to two hours of your own time in total. For founding vendors this fee is waived entirely.
No. $247 covers unlimited vehicles, unlimited users and every channel. There is no meter running in the background and no tier you have to upgrade into.
The one pass-through is carrier fees on text messaging, which are charged at cost and typically come to a few dollars a month.
If LimoPilot has not booked you a job within your first thirty days live, you do not pay for that month. That is the First-Booking Guarantee, and there is no form to fill in.
After that, if it is not earning, cancel. We are not going to talk you into keeping software that is not making you money.
A part-time person covering evenings and weekends costs somewhere between $2,000 and $3,500 a month, and still covers maybe forty of the hundred and sixty-eight hours in a week. They also need training, managing, and covering when they are ill.
LimoPilot covers all 168 hours for $247. It is not better than a great employee at everything — but it never misses the 2am wedding enquiry, and it never quotes from memory.
No. Most operators keep their dispatch software and let LimoPilot own the part that was never really covered — answering the lead and closing it.
Some eventually move everything across because the fleet calendar and the customer records are already there. That is your call, not a requirement.
Two ways to start
Buy it, or watch it work first.
If you have seen enough, buy it and we will book your onboarding straight away. If you want to watch it quote a real job before you spend anything, book a demo. Same calendar, either way — pick whichever slot suits.
You'll be talking to the owner, not a sales rep.
