Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LimoPilot, operated by Limo Legacy Luxury Transportation LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("LimoPilot", "we", "us"). By subscribing or using the platform, you agree to them.

1. What LimoPilot is

LimoPilot is software that answers enquiries, produces quotes, issues contracts, collects deposits and manages a fleet calendar on your behalf. It acts under rules that you supply and can change.

You remain the transportation provider. LimoPilot is not a broker, is not a party to any contract between you and your customer, and does not provide transportation. Licensing, insurance, permits, driver vetting, vehicle safety and the actual service you deliver are entirely your responsibility.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account.
• You confirm you have the right to connect the lead channels you connect, and to upload the vehicle photographs and content you upload.

3. Price and billing

• LimoPilot costs $247 per month, plus a one-time $100 setup fee unless waived under the Founding Vendor offer.
• The subscription is month to month. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• Billing is handled by our payment provider. Fees are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
• Text message carrier fees are passed through at cost.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice. Founding Vendors keep their locked rate as described in section 5.

4. First-Booking Guarantee

If LimoPilot has not booked you at least one job within your first 30 days live, you do not pay for that month, and we will refund it. "Live" means the platform has been connected to at least one lead channel and permitted to reply. The guarantee does not apply if the platform was never switched on, was disconnected during the period, or was prevented from replying.

5. Founding Vendor offer

For the first ten Texas operators: the setup fee is waived and the $247 monthly rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later return, the then-current price applies. In return we ask for honest feedback about the product, and — only once you feel it has earned one — a testimonial. A testimonial is never a condition of the price.

6. Cancellation

Cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not pro-rated beyond the First-Booking Guarantee. Before you go, export your data — see section 7.

7. Your data

Your data is yours. Your customers, quotes, rate card, vehicles and booking history belong to you. You can export them at any time and take them with you.

You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you: to store, process and transmit your content in order to answer enquiries, produce quotes and provide reporting. We do not sell your data and we do not use one operator's data to benefit another. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

8. What the AI will and will not do

• It quotes only from the rate card and rules you provide. Where a job falls outside them, it escalates to you rather than guessing.
• It cannot delete records.
• It cannot take actions that change money — refunds, discounts beyond your rules, cancellations — without a human approving them.
• You can read every conversation and take over at any point.

Automated systems still make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing what goes out under your business name, and for honouring or correcting any quote a customer relies on. We will help you fix problems, but we cannot be responsible for the commercial terms of jobs you accept.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send unsolicited marketing messages, or message anyone who has opted out.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is unlawful or misleading.
• Attempt to access another operator's data, or to probe, scan or overload the platform.
• Resell or sublicense LimoPilot without a written agreement with us.

You are responsible for complying with the messaging laws that apply to you, including A2P 10DLC registration requirements, TCPA and any state equivalents. LimoPilot provides opt-out handling, but it is not a compliance service and does not constitute legal advice.

10. Availability

We work to keep LimoPilot running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults happen. Where a spending or rate limit causes the AI to stop replying, the enquiry is stored and flagged rather than discarded, and the refusal is shown to you.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LimoPilot is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost bookings. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the change.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
